You should contact the dealer for returns. All basic returns must be done in accordance with the individual dealer’s return policies and acceptance. Most basic returns will be accepted within 30 days, with unused products in their original packaging– with receipt. Some fees may apply. Some Amazon sellers have a no return policy for medical devices and accessories. As we are not the retailer, BeasyTrans Systems will not return your money for these purchases.
